We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager in Asia to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, understanding clients’ technical and business needs, and promoting solutions that drive long-term value and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical consultations for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to uncover client pain points, validate requirements, and design optimal solution architectures.
  • Translate business needs into clear product recommendations, configuration plans, and implementation workflows.
  • Prepare and pre-configure demo environments, including sample setups, test scenarios, and supporting data to showcase Your Bourse’s capabilities during presentations.
  • Produce detailed post-demo summaries outlining identified challenges and the specific Your Bourse solutions that address them.
  • Contribute to internal and external training materials, including documentation, webinars, and FX Dealer Academy sessions.
  • Support the Product Manager by participating in analytical and feedback-gathering calls with clients; and
  • Any other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FX/CFD dealing, risk management, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 architecture, bridge technology, liquidity aggregation, FIX API, execution routing, and risk management mechanisms (A/B-book, internalization, mark-outs).
  • Confidence in reading logs and interpreting metrics (latency, slippage, fill ratios, client analysis, toxic flow indicators).
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and provide workable solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Determination to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese would be an advantage.
