Customer Support Specialist
Full-time, Cyprus or remote
The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.
What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own overall relationship with assigned clients
2. Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
3. Aid clients in achieving their goals
4. Manage key customer touch points (emails, Skype, Service Desk) including ongoing support of the customer.
5. Have an intimate knowledge of the product features and the ability to effectively help customers, and to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
6. Undertake business analysis of existing business cases to offer new products and solutions.
7. Work closely with the Operations, Technical Support and Development Teams to timely respond to customer needs.
8. This role has rotating shifts (including night shifts).
We're looking for someone with:
Required Skills And Experience
1. At least 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer support or similar positions in FinTech/Financial sector.
2. Empathic and genuinely love helping people
3. Wanting to build lasting relationship
4. Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.
5. Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi-tasker
6. Can-Do attitude
7. Growth mindset
8. Excellent time management skills
9. Fluent in English (written and verbal)
