We Welcome Back Fred Pedersen, Your Bourse’s New Chief Growth Officer
We’re excited to share some news from inside Your Bourse: Fred Pedersen has re-joined us as Chief Growth Officer.
Many of you will remember Fred from his time as our Chief Sales Officer, when he helped set the blueprint for the commercial strategy we still use today. In his new, broader remit he’ll knit together marketing, sales, and product development so that every growth initiative pulls in the same direction.
Why Fred?
- Proven track record at Your Bourse – From 2019 he led our global sales effort, opening new markets and steering early enterprise deals that put Your Bourse on the map.
- Deep industry experience – Fred has held senior roles across both finance and tech. At Admiral Markets he oversaw worldwide marketing and sales; at Change Invest he advised on product strategy; and as founder of two start-ups he knows what it takes to scale quickly and sustainably.
- Hands-on product mindset – With a background in product management and a strong sales pedigree, Fred bridges the gap between what clients ask for and what engineering ships.

What’s Next
Fred will hit the ground running with two clear priorities:
- Automate for scale – improve internal workflows, so the business can grow faster without adding friction or head-count.
- Strengthen strategic relationships – deepen ties with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and key fintech partners, making sure our clients get a tightly-integrated infrastructure stack.
Both initiatives share one aim: make it radically simpler for brokers to adopt Your Bourse technology and keep scaling with us.
