Your Bourse Launches the FX Dealer Academy

The FX Dealer Academy is Your Bourse’s new, practitioner-led training programme for dealers, risk managers and trading-operations professionals. Over six intensive lessons, participants will gain a clear grasp of market structure, master the tools that drive execution quality, and leave with a certificate that validates their competence. 

At present, we’re happy to report the project has seen a steady growth and a flood of applicants since the launch only a few days ago - we received more than 50+ applications and gathered 160+ community members so far, thus we had to close registrations for the upcoming course.

Day 2: FX Trading Platforms

Milliseconds matter. This session explains why infrastructure choices affect P&L, how latency is measured, and where Your Bourse sits at the cutting edge of execution technology.

Day 3: Order Flow Management for Profitability

From click to confirmation, learn exactly what happens to each trade. Interactive demos show how to control pricing, routing, hedging and risk in real time.

Day 4: Risk Management & Compliance

Risk isn’t a cost-centre; managed well, it is a profit driver. We cover operational, financial and regulatory exposure, and show how automation in Your Bourse reduces error and strengthens controls.

Day 5: Your Bourse Platform Deep Dive

A guided tour from architecture to optimisation, including live Q&A with our tech lead and case studies from leading brokers.

Day 6: Certification Exam & Career Workshop

The morning begins with the proctored online exam. Afterwards, hiring partners outline open roles, and our specialists share practical advice on ongoing professional development.
