Subscription to the Scheduled Reports
YourBours provides an opportunity to receive recurrent Trade Blotter constant reports. It can be done via two channels: emails or Sftp-service. To set up the recurring reports, please press the button “Subscribe“ in the upper right corner of the page and choose either “Email“ or “Sftp“.
Email recurrent report settings
The email recurring report page consists of filters resembling filters from the main page and new fields. Let’s consider them all.
The Global Filter and the Period filter are the same as on the main page of the TradeBlotter.
Servers - contains the list of MT4/MT5, and FIX servers
The “Group“ filter appears on a page if only one server is selected. It consists of all the groups created for this MT4/MT5 server. To choose all the groups, please press the button “All“. To unselect all groups click the “Clear“ button.
Symbols - this filter offers an opportunity to choose different symbols to be shown in the table. One can choose symbols by hand or select predefined Symbol profiles. Also, by clicking “Manage“, it’s possible to create new Symbol profiles and configure old ones.
Hedging type - here, the selection of hedging types (A-book, B-book, Partial A/B book) can be chosen.
Execution Results - the trades with the status “Filled“, “Partially filled“, or “Rejected“ will be shown if this filter is activated.
Volume - here, the volume of lots can be specified. If the trade has the same volume or more than the number in the filter, it will be shown in the table. Only a value greater or equal to 0 can be put in this filter.
Logins - there’s an opportunity to input logins for which the trades should be selected. Logins are the client logins that are used for trading in the MT4/MT5/FIX servers.
There’s a need to tap “enter“every time the login is put in the filter
Order ids - the selection could be made for different order ids. Order ids here are the same as order ids in the MT4/MT5/FIX servers.
Report name - The name that will be given to the recurrent report
Email addresses - email address(es) where the recurrent reports will be sent
Subject - It is a title that will be in the “Subject“ of the email
Frequency - this filter provides an opportunity to choose how often the recurrent reports will be sent via email. It has several options.
Minutes - this filter provides a time range for sending reports: from every minute to every 30 minutes
Hourly - here, the hours and minutes for the recurrent reports can be set up.
Daily - here, it’s possible to set up whether reports will be sent every day or only during the weekdays (from Monday to Friday) and the exact time (hours and minutes) for them.
Weekly - the report can be sent on the exact day (or days) of the week and at the exact time (hours and minutes)
Monthly - the report can be sent on the exact day for every certain month, the weekdays and month can be chosen, and the exact time.
After the frequency of the recurring report is selected below, the proposition in blue that sums up the chosen time appears.
The recurrent report will be created when all the relevant fields are filled and the " Subscribe " button is pressed.
Sftp Recurring Report page
Sftp recurring report page consists of several filters that resemble filters from the main page (and email recurring report) and some new fields. Let’s consider them all.

To configure Sftp, please open the drop-down menu under the client email in the upper right corner of the page and choose “Sftp configs. “

When all the relevant fields are filled, and the " Subscribe " button is pressed, the recurrent report will be put into the job list. At the relevant time, it will be sent via sftp connector and found in a special sftp-receiving software (e.g. WinSCP).
Scheduled reports and how to unsubscribe from the Recurrent Report
All the scheduled reports will be shown on the " Scheduled " page in the YourBourse portal Report section. Information can be found about the date of creation, name, type, delivery type (email/sftp), frequency, next execution and by whom the report was created.
Both email and Sftp recurring reports will be sent until users are not unsubscribed from them. It can be done on the “Scheduled“ page on Cloud in the Reports section by clicking the “Unsubscribe“ button next to any report.
