MT5 Gateway Installation and Configuration

Register MT5 Gateway in Cloud Portal

  1. Log in to your Cloud Portal account and go to MT4 Bridges and MT5 Gateways → Register new → MT5 Gateway, as shown in the picture below:

 

2. Create your MT5 Gateway by filling out this form:

 

Click Register and follow the instructions provided on the next screen:

 

Configure Gateway Parameters

 

  1. Go to MT5 Admin and configure the Gateway using the credentials from the Cloud Portal (login and password):

 

DEV Trading Server address: mt.dev.yourbourse.com:1125

Staging Trading Server address: mt.staging.yourbourse.com:1126

UAT Trading server address: mt.uat.yourbourse.cloud:1123

PROD Trading server address: mt.yourbourse.cloud:1123

To check if the registration was successful, you should be able to see in the logs the following log: “Connected to configuration server *Trading server address*."

2. On the Groups and Symbols tab, add the groups and symbols to be executed on the Gateway:

 

 

Configure Routing

Go to Routing and create a routing rule with the following parameters:

  1. Perform action: Process to dealers

  2. Where request is: All

  3. Where order is: All

  4. Where conditions are: Include the groups to be processed by Your Bourse Gateway. Please note that all groups must be added under one condition. The relation between several conditions is "and", i.e. the account will be executed by YB Gateway if the account belongs to one of the groups in Condition 1 AND Condition 2 at the same time. To work properly, the groups in one rule must be separated by commas or add a separate rule for each group.

 

MT5 Server Settings:

 

MT5 Symbol settings

Open Symbols → Forex (or any other group of symbols), and for each symbol perform the following changes:

  1. On Common tab, change digits to the respective number of decimal places for this symbol in Your Bourse matching engine.

  2. On Trade tab, set Filling to All.

  3. On Execution tab, change Execution type to “Market”.

 

 

MT5 group settings

  1. On the Group settings Go to Symbols tab, double click on * or each group of symbols and on the Execution tab update the Execution type to Market.

 

Once you have the gateway installed and configured, you can start configuring Pricing, A/B book settings and other features in Cloud Portal.

If you want to use Your Bourse reports and risk management tools, you need to install MT5 DataWarehouse plugin.
